45 min of Live 432 Hertz Sound Bath before your overnight to set the body into deep relaxation. One-of-a-kind experience!! Check in at 9pm, we will give people 15 mins to set up their cozy spots and then will begin the sound session. Afterwards lights will go out and you will sleep in the waves!

About the event
Please bring blankets, pillow, sheets (if booking beds) & cozy comfort sleep items. Dress comfortably, the temperature is kept low for inflammation purposes. Please be sure to eat meals or snacks prior to session, NO FOOD ALLOWED/NO CELL PHONES, only water allowed.
